Automatic Renewal Service Agreement
In order to use the automatic renewal service (hereinafter referred to as "Twitao" or "Twitao Company") provided by AL KUWAITYA CO., LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "Twitao" or "Twitao Company"), you shall read and comply with the "Automatic Renewal Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") in advance. This agreement is considered as a supplementary agreement to the Twitao Image Recognition Paid Membership Service Agreement and is an integral part of it, forming a unified whole. In case of any conflict between this agreement and the Twitao Image Recognition Payment Member Service Agreement, this agreement shall prevail.
Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, please do not activate or use this service. When you take the next step or use this service in the form of accepting the service (including but not limited to clicking agree, subscribe, activate or renew, or conducting transactions related to automatic renewal services, using any other form of confirmation, collectively referred to as accepting the service), it means that you have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement.
1.1 This service is launched on the basis of your subscription to the paid image recognition membership service (hereinafter referred to as the "Membership Service"), in order to avoid your failure to renew in a timely manner due to negligence or other reasons, in order to meet your needs for automatic renewal.
1.2 If you subscribe to this service through an Apple ID and do not actively cancel this automatic renewal service 24 hours before the next subscription period, Apple will automatically deduct the next subscription period service fee from the balance of the Apple ID account (hereinafter referred to as the "account") bound to you when you subscribe to this automatic renewal service 24 hours before the expiration of each subscription period, thereby extending the membership validity period corresponding to that subscription period.
1.3 If you subscribe to this service through an Android product and do not actively cancel this automatic renewal service during your membership period, the relevant parties will automatically deduct the next membership service fee from the balance of your own recharge account, third-party payment account (such as WeChat), and other accounts (hereinafter referred to as "accounts") that were bound to you when you opened this automatic renewal service on and after the expiration date, Thereby extending the membership validity period corresponding to the subscription period.
1.4 Part of the membership services (such as mobile phone payment, customized versions, etc.) shall be determined by the operator or relevant parties based on the actual situation, and the actual deduction period shall prevail. You should pay attention to the above types of accounts and the status of deductible balances. Any risks or losses caused by renewal failure due to account issues or insufficient balance will be borne by you.
1.5 In order to facilitate your understanding of the automatic renewal situation, we will notify you through [internal message] or other means before the next subscription period deduction in accordance with legal regulations. Please pay attention to receipt. Please be advised that based on the characteristics of the automatic renewal service, automatic withholding will be completed in accordance with the agreed methods and times in Articles 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4 of this agreement. If you do not explicitly cancel the automatic renewal service before withholding, you will issue a withholding instruction for the next subscription period to the relevant parties according to your commission. In principle, fees deducted based on this instruction will not be refunded.
2.Service usage rules
2.1 The billing cycle of Twitao's image recognition membership service includes deduction methods such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly (3 months) (based on the subscription page settings). After deducting the automatic renewal fee for the specified billing cycle selected by the user, Twitao will record the payment in your payment record and extend the validity period of your service accordingly.
2.2 If there is an error during the deduction process, please notify Twitao Company in a timely manner. Twitao Company will closely cooperate with you to identify the cause and each party will bear the losses caused by their own fault; If losses are caused by the unequal fault of both parties, both parties shall bear corresponding responsibilities according to the degree of fault; If both parties are jointly responsible, both parties shall share the responsibility equally.
2.3 Twitao Company may change or modify this Agreement, related service content, service prices, rules, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Automatic Renewal Rules") based on its business operations or technological upgrades. According to the characteristics of the Internet industry, before making the above changes or modifications, the Company will selectively publicize the modified content on Twitao's relevant pages according to the situation, but cannot make separate notifications. If you do not agree to the modification of this agreement, you may cancel the services already obtained and stop using them before the next deduction date; If you continue to use the services provided by the company in the form of accepting the services, it is deemed that you have accepted all modifications to the automatic renewal rules (if there is an adjustment in the service fee, the subsequent deducted fees will be based on the adjusted service fee).
2.4 Twitao will not charge any additional fees for your automatic renewal service at this time. However, Twitao has the right to decide whether to charge additional fees for the automatic renewal service based on business needs or market changes, and will make it public to you on relevant pages.
3.Suspend or terminate this service
3.1 In case of any of the following situations, Twitao Company has the right to immediately terminate the provision of this service to you, without being liable to you or any third party, including but not limited to:
(1) Confirmed by effective legal documents from national administrative or judicial authorities that you have engaged in illegal or infringing behavior, or the company, based on its own judgment, believes that your behavior is suspected of violating the content of this agreement or the usage rules published by the Twitao platform from time to time, or is suspected of violating the provisions of laws and regulations;
(2) Your behavior interferes with the normal operation of any part or function of Twitao;
(3) The company believes that providing this service to you poses significant risks;
(4) Other situations where you seriously violate this service agreement.
3.2 Twitao Company may also stop providing automatic renewal services to you according to its operational strategy. If such a situation occurs, the Company will notify you in the form of an announcement, and your membership service period will terminate from the date of expiration of the membership service period notified to you.
3.3 You have the right to choose to terminate this service at any time on the relevant pages of the Twitao platform. After termination, Twitao will stop providing you with this service. The automatic renewal method for users to unsubscribe is as follows:
(1) Apple in app purchase (IAP payment, in app purchase): iOS 12 and above systems: Open the Apple iOS device "App Store" ->click on the Apple account avatar in the upper right corner ->enter "Account" ->click "Subscription" ->select Twitao and unsubscribe; IOS 12 or below: Open the "Settings" section of your Apple phone, go to the "iTunes Store and App Store" section, click on "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", go to the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscription", select Twitao, and unsubscribe.
3.4 Automatic renewal status updates may have display delays, subject to Apple's automatic renewal signing status.
3.5 If you have not closed this service (automatic renewal upon unsubscribing) and Twitao Company is unable to successfully deduct the next billing cycle fee through the account you have linked, your membership service will enter a [3] day membership freeze period, during which your membership benefits will be suspended, and Twitao Company will attempt to deduct the fee again during the membership freeze period. If the deduction is successful during the membership freeze period, your membership services will be unfrozen, and the next billing cycle will be calculated from the date of unfrozen; If the deduction is not successful during the membership freeze period, Twitao Company will terminate your membership service. If you need to continue using the membership service, you need to reactivate it. The activation method and membership service content are subject to the specific product page announcement.
